We have a simple business policy: If you're not 100% satisfied with our products, we will credit your account or refund your money. Just return the part to us in new condition within 60 days from the date of invoice, and we'll refund the full purchase price (except for shipping charges, which are not refundable). This includes manufacturers' defects on engines, frames, transmissions, tires, and electrical parts. Exceptions to this policy are listed on Special Orders & Warranty page.

The $10 Price Guarantee
On products over $100, Axiom Cycles will beat any legitimate retailers price by 10 dollars.
We will match the price of the internet only retailers adhering to the same terms and conditions as these retailers. Axiom Cycles is a full service shop offering service and assistance by qualified mechanics to our customers, the internet only retailers can not and will not be able to offer this to you. This means we are able to compete with any retailer as long as the playing field is level.
What do I do to get the $10 Price Guarantee?
Please give us the information about the retailer in order to match the price for you.
Axiom Cycles will need the name of the retailer. The name of the magazine, the address of website, or catalog publishing the competitor's price. The part number of the item you are purchasing. The method of payment (i.e. Check, COD or Credit Card).
How about eBay price match?
Axiom Cycles does not compete with eBay sellers.
We are a full service motorcycle shop offering helpful advice and technical assistance. The products we sell come with a warranty. We stand behind everything we sell.
I bought my product on eBay, can you warranty it?
Unfortunately if you purchased the item from someone other than Axiom we are unable to warranty products purchased on eBay
Our experience has been that a majority of the motorcycle products on eBay sold by others have issues beyond our control. The majority of the manufacturers in the motorcycle business will not allow dealers to sell products on eBay that have not been discontinued. Axiom Cycles stands behind it's products and warranties everything we sell in our shop.
Do you warranty or service products purchased elsewhere?
We will warranty and service products purchased from any legitimate motorcycle shop. We require proof of purchase.

All prices and descriptions contained in our catalog are subject to change without notice.
Suggested retail prices listed in distributor catalogs may vary from Axiom Cycles retail prices. Items can be withdrawn from sale at any time. This is because we cannot control price increases from our distributors (we will not charge you the increased price without notifying you first). We are not responsible for typographical errors. Current prices can be quoted over the phone when you place your order. California residents add applicable state and local sales tax.
Substitutions and changes to your order
You will be notified prior to shipment of any and all changes to your order and given the option of canceling without cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Shipping Costs & Handling Charges
With the exception of taxes for California residents the prices on our site are the prices you pay. No hidden charges, no costs.
